Products and services

We offer software products and services, including Prestuds, a student planning application, Pier, a native SSH and SFTP client for Apple platforms, Mosqhub, a mosque and community administration platform, and Airi, a macOS app for recovering your workday context that is currently an early prototype. Availability, features, and pricing for each product are described on our Products and Pricing pages and may change over time.

Mosqhub subscriptions

Mosqhub is offered as a monthly software subscription. The subscription provides access to the platform and the features made available for the customer’s account during the paid subscription period.

The standard subscription does not include custom development, data migration, third-party service charges or other additional work unless expressly included in a written quotation or order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that information entered into Mosqhub is accurate and that access credentials are only provided to authorized users.

Pricing and payment

Where pricing is fixed, it is stated on the relevant product or pricing page. Where pricing is custom, we provide a written quotation covering scope, total fee, payment schedule, and expected delivery period before any payment is due. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy governs cancellations and refunds.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information when ordering a product or service, for keeping any account credentials secure, and for using our products in accordance with their intended purpose.

Intellectual property

The Veltontech name, logo, website content, and product software are the property of Veltontech or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.

Third-party links

This website links to third-party services, including Mosqhub and the Apple App Store. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites.

Availability

We aim to keep this website and our products available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers

Our products and this website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysia law, Veltontech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
